At Limitless Performance Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, training programs, and performance services to every golfer who joins our academy. Because our programs involve reserved coaching time, facility access, and personalized development plans, the following refund policy applies to all purchases and bookings.

Program & Lesson Refunds

All program registrations, lesson bookings, and coaching packages are non-refundable once the program has started.

If a participant requests a cancellation before the program or lesson begins, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled program or lesson.
• Approved refunds may be subject to an administrative processing fee.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Rescheduling Policy

Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled session may request a reschedule.

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
• Sessions missed without prior notice may be forfeited without refund or credit.
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to coach and facility availability.

Program Packages & Memberships

For multi-session programs, academy packages, or memberships:

• Refunds are not available after the first session has been attended.
• If a participant withdraws early, unused sessions may be converted to credit at the institute’s discretion.
• Credits must be used within the validity period of the purchased package.

Corporate Events & Group Bookings

Corporate golf experiences, team-building programs, and group sessions follow a separate policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling commitments.

Merchandise Purchases

If merchandise is offered through the institute:

• Returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition.
• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Institute Cancellations

If Limitless Performance Institute cancels a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling to another available date, or
• Credit toward future programs or services
