Rory Hie is the founder and lead mentor of Limitless Performance Institute, bringing nearly 30 years of international golf experience to the next generation of athletes. As Indonesia’s most accomplished golfer, Rory made history as the first Indonesian to win on the Asian Tour and has earned 20 professional tour victories worldwide.

Before turning professional, Rory was the No. 1 ranked junior golfer in the world (GolfWeek, 2006) and achieved a No. 6 world amateur ranking (WAGR, 2008), outperforming future PGA Tour stars like Rickie Fowler, Dustin Johnson, and Gary Woodland. He was also the first Indonesian to receive NCAA First-Team All-American honors.

As a mentor, Rory is dedicated to sharing the lessons, discipline, and mindset that fueled his global success. His mission is to help athletes unlock their full potential—both on and off the course—through world-class coaching, holistic development, and a performance-driven culture.
