Limitless Performance Institute was founded by Rory Hie — Indonesia’s most proven golf champion — and Chris Connell, a 40-year British PGA professional and former Head of Instruction at the Butch Harmon School of Golf bringing decades of elite coaching experience, developing professionals and high-performance players across Asia.
Limitless Performance Institute was founded by Rory Hie, Indonesia’s only Asian Tour champion, former World #1 Junior, and former World #6 Amateur who competed alongside Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler, and Rory McIlroy.
Strategically located at the heart of Jakarta in Senayan, LPI is built for those who demand more. A luxurious wide bay comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 players simultaneously, with an air-conditioned viewing lounge behind glass panels so guests can observe every session in comfort.
The studio was designed by a world class designer and equipped with the finest technology available in Jakarta. TrackMan 4, Smart2Move 3D force plates, Sportsbox AI, FlowCode mental performance system, and HD displays are tools trusted by tour professionals worldwide.
Every visit is an experience. A refreshment island table, valet bag service, and an atmosphere that reflects the same standard Rory carried onto the world stage.

Rory Hie is the founder and lead mentor of Limitless Performance Institute, bringing nearly 30 years of international golf experience to the next generation of athletes. As Indonesia’s most accomplished golfer, Rory made history as the first Indonesian to win on the Asian Tour and has earned 20 professional tour victories worldwide.
Before turning professional, Rory was the No. 1 ranked junior golfer in the world (GolfWeek, 2006) and achieved a No. 6 world amateur ranking (WAGR, 2008), outperforming future PGA Tour stars like Rickie Fowler, Dustin Johnson, and Gary Woodland. He was also the first Indonesian to receive NCAA First-Team All-American honors.
As a mentor, Rory is dedicated to sharing the lessons, discipline, and mindset that fueled his global success. His mission is to help athletes unlock their full potential—both on and off the course—through world-class coaching, holistic development, and a performance-driven culture.

Head of instruction
A 40-year AA British PGA member and former Head of Instruction at the Butch Harmon School of Golf Macau, Chris brings decades of experience coaching top professionals across Asia. His expertise in performance development and player transformation has shaped champions from amateurs to PGA Tour players.

Class AA British PGA member who spent 40 years coaching Golf and was trained personally by the legendary Butch Harmon, the world renowned Golf guru who is responsible for coaching Tiger woods, as well as Greg Norman, Ernie Els, and countless major champions in both Men’s and Women’s tour.
He currently coaches a notable international roster of golfers, including Indonesian golfing legend Rory Hie, 2023 Indonesian #1 ranked Jonathan Wijono, Hansel Gabriel, Holly Halim, Alfred Raja, Naraajie Putra Ramadhan, Alfred Raja Sitohang, Peter Gunawan, Sania Wahyudi, as well as Peter Karmis, a winner on Asian tour and European tour. #1 ranked Indonesian female golfer Inez Wanamarta, Thea Tan, and rising star Jordan Marcello.
